Mother gives birth to quadruplets in Nangarhar

JALALABAD (Pajhwok): A mother has given birth to four babies in a local hospital in eastern Nangarhar province, hospital sources said.

The Gynecologist Department of the hospital said the quadruplets included three baby boys and one baby girl.  Both the mother and the children are in stable condition.

The father of these children is resident of ShaikhMesri Township and his economic condition is not sound.

It is pertinent to mention that last year a mother gave birth to five infants in the same hospital.
