100 Afghans arrive in Pakistan via Torkham

PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): A hundred Afghan citizens with valid travel documents have arrived in Pakistan through the Torkham crossing.

The Afghans were issued visas by the Pakistan embassy in Kabul and their names communicated to Torkham-based officials by the Interior Ministry in Islamabad.

Over the last few days, hundreds of Afghans, mostly men, have crossed into Pakistan via Torkham. But officials said they had no idea about the actual destinations of the Afghans.
