Modi expected to talk Afghanistan with Biden

KABUL (Pajhwok): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to meet US President Joe Biden this month on the situation in Afghanistan

Modi may visit the United States in the last week of September, an Indian media outlet reported on Friday, quoting government sources.

The Indian premier would travel to Washington DC and New York during his trip, scheduled for September 22 to September 27, according to DNA.

Modi’s visit comes against the backdrop of a power shift in Afghanistan, where the Taliban are on the verge of announcing a new government.
