KABUL (Pajhwok): Taliban’s Military Affairs Commission has ordered the capital and provincial commanders and intelligence officials to identify, punish and expel from cities those who opened gunshots into the air.
The reason behind the latest celebratory aerial firing two nights ago is yet to be known but it is said that Taliban members opened fire following a rumor that Panjsher valley has been captured.
