KABUL (Pajhwok): Taliban prime minister has said the era of war and bloodshed in Afghanistan has ended and it is time to rebuild.
Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund made the remarks in his first speech to Al-Jazeera Arabic service.
He said the new government would bring security to Afghans and Muslims around the world and it would end all unrest, killing and humiliation in Afghanistan.
He added that the “Islamic Emirate” had forgiven all its opponents despite facing hash difficulties over the past 20 years.
According to Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, it is easy to take revenge in a revolutionary situation, but no one can prove they killed or drained someone past “sins”.
He said the Afghans should be assured that the new government would seek their happiness, security and establishment of an Islamic rule, and for this purpose they called for cooperation from the people.
