Ex-policemen among five killed in Kandahar

KANDAHAR (Pajhwok): Five policemen of previous government have been killed in two separate incidents in southern Kandahar province, an official said on Friday.

Toyalai, commander of Dehlai Dam in the Shah Wali Kot district, and his three brothers were killed on Thursday night in the 9^th Police District of Kandahar City.

Gul Ahmad, Toryali’s neighbor said the victims was taken out of house last night and killed.

In the second incident, former crime branch chief of Fida Mohammad was killed in the Nasaji bridge area in the fifth police district of Kandahar City.

The Taliban said investigation into the incident has been launched.
