KABUL (Pajhwok): The Islamic Emirate has directed military officials to shut out of their ranks individuals involved in corruption, immoral acts and enmities. When found, such people would be punished harshly.
The rank reform commission said in a statement on Wednesday: “The Islamic Emirate orders all military officials not to allow in their ranks anyone involved in personnel feuds, corruption, immorality, torture of people, financial corruption and other malpractices in three security organs (Ministries of Defence and Interior as well as the intelligence department).
It added all military officials, especially group leaders, should provide intelligence agencies in the provinces with complete lists of their personnel.
All details about the morally and financially corrupt individuals should be submitted to the commission through provincial officials and introduced directly in 15 days.
The commission said people in any group or security organ with the above malfeasance would be prosecuted, removed from jobs, held responsible and punished severely.
