KABUL (Pajhwok): Commercial flights from three countries will land at the Kabul international airport on Thursday.
In a statement the International Radar said that the flights would take place from India, Turkey and Uzbekistan.
Deputy head of cultural commission Ahmadullah Wasiq tweeted: “Based on the international radar information three commercial flights from Turkey, India and Uzbekistan will land in Kabul airport on Thursday.”
This will be the first time that flights from the three countries will arrive in Kabul after change in the regime. So far only Iran and Pakistan have been conducting flights to Kabul.
Earlier, Indian news outlets reported that the Taliban in a letter had asked India to resume their flights to Kabul.
