Weapon cache recovered in Nangarhar Momandara

JALALABAD (Pajhwok): The Taliban security personnel have recovered some weapons during military operation in the Momandara District of eastern Nangarhar province, an official said.

Nangarhar Intelligence Head Dr. Basheer told Pajhwok Afghan News security personnel conducted the raid in the Hazar Naw locality and recovered a military cache that belonged to a commander from the past regime.

Sixty rockets, 30 boxes of machine gun bullets UM-16 guns and one Kalashnikov recovered from the cache.

Nangarhar intelligence head said every military officer of the past government should surrender weapons in their position. If anything is found with them they will be dealt according to the law.
