GARDEZ (Pajhwok): The Minister for Tribal Affairs on Wednesday said the current system belonged to all people, not just the Taliban, and everyone had the right to work in it.
Noorullah Noori visited Paktia and spoke with tribal elders in the province about gaining support for the new system, and discussed a number of problems in the border areas and other issues.
He spoke about the policies of the new system, domestic politics, existing problems and opportunities and other issues and the elders also asked him to address a number of issues.
