JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Unidentified gunmen have shot dead a civil society activist Abdul Rahman Moawen on Tuesday.
The incident happened at around 12:00pm close to 40-metre Road in the limits of 4th Police District of Jalalabad City.
Victims’ brother Shad Noor Mazloomyar told Pajhwok Afghan News unknown gunmen sprayed bullets at his brother and was critically injured. As a result of deep wounds he succumbed to his injures on this way to hospital.
A reliable Civil Hospital Source said Abdul Rahman succumbed to his wounds on his way to hospital . . .
