KABUL (Pajhwok): Electricity supply from Uzbekistan has been cut off due to technical issues in the Dand-e-Shahabuddin area in northern Baghlan province, the Da Afghanistan Breshna Shirkat (DABS) said on Thursday.
Kabul and other provinces that supplied electricity from these cables have been facing power outage for several hours, the power utility said in a statement.
It added the DABS technical team was striving to re-connect the power supply as soon as possible.
