KABUL (Pajhwok): Notorious illegal armed commander NizamuddinQaisari has been arrested by Iranian police in Tehran over possessing fake documents, an official said on Tuesday.
Tasneem News Agency reported Imam Mehdi Mahmoodi, Iran’s refugees affairs official, as saying: “NizamuddinQaisari, a well-known commander of illegal militia in the previous regime, entered our country illegally and got involved in some illegal affairs related to the identity of Afghan refugees in Iran.”
