KABUL (Pajhwok): Norway has pledged 23 million dollars to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) for Afghanistan and called on the world to help alleviate the humanitarian crisis in the war-torn country.
Norway’s diplomatic mission to the United Nations said on Twitter on Thursday that the country had contributed 23 million to the United Nations Development Program in Afghanistan.
The mission called on the rest of the world to help end the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.
The Norwegian diplomatic mission has expressed concern over the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan as well as the spread of famine.
