Weapons, ammunition cache discovered in Parwan

CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): Security officials say 49 Kalashnikovs, a machinegun, a RPG-7 rocket, a grenade launcher and some ammunition were seized in the capital of central Parwan province.

Qari Yasir, deputy Parwan intelligence chief, said that the weapons and ammunition were found in the home of one of former commanders of public upraising, Mir Ghous.

He said that the cache was discovered by security forces during an operation on Tuesday morning.
