GARDiZ (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Interior (MoI) on Monday said it would create new facilities for the distribution of passports in the capital and provinces of the country.
MulaviAlamGulHaqqani, head of Passport Department, made the remarks while listening to the concerns of passport holders in southeastern Paktia province on Sunday.
"We have purchased a number of new technical equipment to expedite the process of issuing passports, which will facilitate both the department and the people," he said.
He said that computers, biometric and other technical equipment some which were out of use, had been replaced with new ones for passport . . .
