LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): At least three people have been killed as a result of a traffic accident on in southern Helmand province, an official said on Tuesday.
Director of Information and Culture Hafiz Rashid Helmandi told Pajhwok Afghan News a car collided with a motorcycle near the Greshk district bazaar on Monday noon.
A woman and two children were killed and one person injured in the accident on the Herat-Kandahar highway, the director added.
The injured man was taken to the Greshk Emergency Hospital, where he was under medical treatment, said Helmandi, who did not comment on his condition.
