FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): Dozens of passengers stranded in Ghor province as a result of heavy snowfall and storms have been rescued and evacuated to Ferozkoh.
Mohammad Borhan, one of the rescued men, confirmed all passengers stranded in Baeen area had been taken to the provincial capital.
Meanwhile, Public Works Director Habib Rahman said they had rescued all the passengers stranded in Baeen area and shifted them to Ferozkoh.
“With the arrival of equipment in the area, the problem was resolved. Stranded cars were pulled out and passengers rescued. We told our team to stay there for a few more days,” he . . .
