2 security personnel injured in Kabul blast: MoI  

KABUL (Pajhwok): Two security personnel were wounded in a blast in the Banae locality of Kabul City’s ninth Police District on Wednesday morning, an official said.

Interior Ministry’s Deputy Spokesperson Eng. Aqeel Jan Azem said the blast happened at around 10:00 am targeting a military vehicle.

Two security personnel were superficially wounded in the blast, he said, adding investigation into the incident had been launched.

Mohammad Fahim, the resident of the locality said security forces cordoned off the area after the blast.
