At least 5 injured in Nimroz collision, say police

ZARANJ (Pajhwok): Five people have been injured as a result of a traffic accident in northwestern Nimroz province, an official said on Sunday.

Police spokesman Bahram Haqmal told Pajhwok Afghan News the five individuals were injured as two vehicles collided on Saturday.

He said the accident took place on the Nimroz-Delaram highway in Chakhansour district.

The police spokesman added the injured were evacuated to Nimroz Civil Hospital. The injured are said to be in stable condition.
