PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): Millions of Afghans will suffer starvation if the international community does not provide them immediate humanitarian aid, warns the Pakistani prime minister.
Imran Khan, in a message on his Twitter account on Saturday, urged the global fraternity to help the Afghans under the UN principle of Responsibility To Protect (R2P).
“There is an urgency for the international community, as well as their obligation under the UN principle of Responsibility To Project (R2P), to provide immediate humanitarian relief to millions of Afghans on the brink of starvation,” he wrote.
