KABUL (Pajhwok): The Islamic State (IS) has claimed responsibility for a deadly minibus bombing in western Herat province.
At least six individuals, including four women, were killed in the bomb blast in the 12th police district of Herat City on Saturday evening.
At least nine people, mostly women, were wounded in the attack in a Shia-dominated locality of the city.
Reuters reported that the IS, locally known as Daesh, claimed responsibility for the blast in a post on Telegram on Sunday.
