Zabihullah Mujahid tweeted that Arian had been appointed as director of the hospital on the recommendation of the Ministry of Higher Education and with the approval of the prime minister.
Two days ago, Dr. Malalai Rahim had been appointed as director of Malalai Maternity Hospital in compliance with a decree from the PM.
