KABUL (Pajhwok): New Delhi has offered scores of Afghan cadets, who recently graduated from different Indian military academies, an in English training programme.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) offered the one-tear training course to 80 Afghan cadets who, India Today reported on Friday.
While welcoming the offer, the Afghan embassy in New Delhi said the cadets would be trained in Effective English Communication for Business and Office.
The training course will take place under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme (ITEC) of the MEA.
Scheduled to start their training on February 7, the young cadets will be placed in three different Indian institutes. They will be provided with accommodation and a monthly allowance.
