KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan’s largest money exchange market Sara-a-Shahzada closed for customers early on Tuesday.
Haji Dad Gul, deputy head of Money Changers Union, told Pajhwok Afghan News the market was shut on public at around 10:00am.
He said he attended a meeting on the market closure issue and will share the detail later on with the media.
Allah Mohammad, one of the money changer, said the market was close following the issue of money changers license.
He did not provide detail but added a meeting in this regard was underway to reopen the market.
