KABUL (Pajhwok): The government announced on Thursday plans for planting 120,000 saplings and 50,000 seasonal flowers in Kabul this spring.
Inamullah Samangani, deputy spokesman for the government, tweeted the Kabul Municipality was preparing for planting 120,000 saplings in 22 districts of the city in the spring season.
He said about 50,000 seasonal flowers would be planted in the capital. Preparations have been made for growing grass on 2,000 square meters of land.
