Iran sends fresh aid to Ghazni’s Qarabagh district

KABUL (Pajhwok): Iran says it has sent a new consignment of humanitarian assistance to southern Ghazni province.

The aid including food items would be delivered to deserving individuals in the Qarabagh district of the Province, the Iranian Embassy in Kabul said.

The neighbouring country has already sent Afghanistan planeloads of aid, containing medicine, blankets, food and warm clothes.

According to Fars News Agency, 13 shipments of humanitarian aid from Iran has already been distributed in Kabul, Herat, Kunduz, Kandahar and Nangarhar provinces.
