KABUL (Pajhwok): A Malaysian delegation visiting capital Kabul has pledged to cooperate with Afghanistan in various fields and offered 100 scholarships to Afghan students.
A statement from the Ministry of Higher Education received by Pajhwok Afghan News said that acting higher education minister, Mulavi Abdul BaqiHaqqani, met with Malaysia's Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan on Tuesday.
Haqqani during the meeting said that the war-torn Afghanistan needs to be rehabilitated and developed which was possible through quality education.
