TIRINKOT(Pajhwok): A 10-year-old boy has been killed in a roadside bomb blast on Kandahar-Uruzgan Highway in the Shah Walikot district of southern Kandahar province, according to a well-placed source on Thursday.
A security source in Uruzgan province said the incident happened in Sarkhobid area that belongs to Kandahar province, adding that the telecommunication network is not functioning there and efforts were on to collect information.
Kandahar Police Chief Mohammad Asif Hakimi said he was getting information about the incident which would be shared with the media persons later on.
