3 people killed, 18 injured in Paktia blast

GARDEZ (Pajhwok): Three people were killed and 20 others injured in a bomb blast in the Dand-i-Patan district of southeastern Paktia province on Friday.

The blast happened in front of a mosque in the Kharoti village when people were coming out of the Mosque on Friday.

Madin Khan, the resident of locality, said: “The blast happened in Kharoti village in front of a mosque when people were coming out after offering prayer.”

Two people were killed and 18 others injured, he added.
