ASADABAD (Pajhwok): Two people have been arrested in connection to the killing of a teenage in eastern Kunar province, an official said.
Kunar Governor Mohammad Qasim Khalid acknowledged two people were killed and injured in the incident.
He said it was not intentionally done, perpetrators had been arrested and being investigated to know the murderer were common people or belonged to the Islamic Emirate.
The incident had been termed horrific and condemned on social media.
