KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani on Saturday stressed implementation of the general amnesty announced by the Taliban’s supreme leader last year.
Addressing a course completion event of 470 security personnel, including women, at the Police Academy here, he said in line with the general amnesty security personnel should behave decently with the common people.
Haqqani, who appeared before media for the first time, said women personnel who completed the course today would serve the masses.
