CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): A second Computerized National Identity Cards (C-NIC) centre has been opened in the Shinwari district of central Parwan province, an official said on Tuesday.
Parwan Statistic and Information Centre Director MawlaviShafiqullahShahzad said the facility had been opened to provide C-NICs to residents of Ghorband, Shinwari, Syagard, SurkhParsa and Shaikh Ali districts.
“Employees and head of this facility should honestly serve the people and should prepare themselves in line with the principles of Islamic Emirate,” he said.
