Direct Kabul-Doha flights return to normal after 7 months

KABUL (Pajhwok): Kabul airport officials say direct flights between Kabul and Doha have resumed after seven months.

Following last year’s political change in the country, flights between Kabul and Qatar had not been normal.

Asad Bari, head of the VIP section of the airport, told Pajhwok Afghan News direct Kabul-Doha flights began today (Wednesday).

He added the first flight involving an Ariana Afghan Airline (AAA) plane left Kabul for Doha today. AAA will conduct three flights a week on the route.
