KABUL (Pajhwok): Russia will soon wrap up its special military operation in Ukraine, says a Kremlin Spokesman.
Dmitry Peskov told journalists on Friday the Russian invasion would achieve its goals in the “foreseeable future”.
Asked if the war in Ukraine would end in a matter of days, Peskov replied: “We are talking about the foreseeable future.”
TASS news agency quoted the Kremlin spokesman as saying: “The operation continues and the goals are being achieved.”
He suggested substantive work was being done on the military side and on the diplomatic front.
