Pakistan crisis won’t have any impact on Afghanistan

KABUL (Pajhwok): The current political turmoil in Pakistan will have no impact on the situation on Afghanistan, the Islamic Emirate believes.

Inamullah Samangani, deputy spokesman of the government, said Afghanistan desired good economic and political relations with Pakistan.

A private TV channel quoted him as saying: “The ongoing political crisis in Pakistan will not have any particular impact on relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan.”

Samangani’s remarks came hours after Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan was voted out of office through a no-confidence motion.
