UN secretary-general to visit Ukraine on April 28

KABUL (Pajhwok): United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres will travel to Ukraine on April 28, says his office.

A statement from his spokesman said the UN head would have a working meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

To be received by President Vladimir Zelensky, Guterres will also meet UN agencies’ staff on increased humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine.

Guterres will also visit Moscow on April 26 when he will meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. He will be received by President Vladimir Putin.
