Man axes brother to death in Kunduz

KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): A man axed his brother to death in the Imam Sahib district of northern Kunduz province, a statement said on Thursday.

Police arrested the man was arrested in connection to the killing of his brother in the limits of Ismael Qashlaq area, a statement from the Police Headquarters said.

The two brothers engaged in verbal dispute which turned violent later and result in the killing of one.

The murderer has been arrested by security personnel and was being investigated. His case would be referred to the court for ensuring justice, the statement added.
