PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): A Pakistan charity has dispatched more humanitarian assistance to the flood-affected people of Afghanistan.

The Pakistan-Afghanistan Cooperation Forum (PACF) delivered 10 truckloads of relief goods to the neighbouring country on Friday.

The fresh aid, including 80 tonnes of food and medicine, was delivered to Afghan authorities in Torkham.

Donated by Al Khidmat Foundation, the relief items included tents, tarpaulins, wheat, food packages, medicines and other necessities.

The foundation has so far provided 167 truckloads of aid to deserving Afghan families.
