ZARANJ (Pajhwok): The Norm and Standard Authority in western Nimroz province has sent back 500,000 litres of poor-quality fuel to Iran.

Zahir Noorzai, an official of the authority, told Pajhwok Afghan News 12 tankers of low-quality fuel, which arrived from Iran about 15 days ago, had been sent back to the neighbouring country.

He said the tankers containing 500,000 litres of fuel were returned to Iran after laboratory tests. The fuel had been imported by the Jamshid Feroz Company.
