Girl harassment: Ghor youth gets 29 lashes

FEROZ KOH CITY (Pajhwok): A Sharia Court in western Ghor province has sentenced a youth to 29 lashes for harassing a girl, an official said on Monday.

Governor Spokesperson Abdul Wahid Hamas told Pajhwok Afghan News: “Ghor Provincial court awarded 29 lashes punishment to the youth over the harassment and the punishment was executed”. He added that the youth was from Bahari village of FerozKoh city.

Earlier a boy and a girl were punishes with lashes over illicit relationship.
