Samangani appointed as GIMC chief, Ahmadi aide to PM

KABUL (Pajhwok): Inamullah Samangani has been appointed as chief of the Government Information and Media Center (GIMC) while Qari Yousuf Ahamdi as deputy spokesman for the Prime Minister.

Previously, Samangani was serving as deputy spokesman for the government and Qari Yousuf Ahmadi as GIMC director.

Maulvi Ahmadullah Wasiq, deputy head of public and strategic relations for the PM, said in the introduction ceremony of the two officials that serving the government meant serving the people.

He hoped the newly appointed officials would work hard to achieve their sky-high goals.
