Former education minister returns to Afghanistan

KABUL (Pajhwok): Former Minister of Education Mohammad Asif Nang on Tuesday returned to the country, an official of the Contact Commission said.

The Commission Spokesperson Ahmadullah Wasiq tweeted that Mohammad Asif, a former minister, returned to the country from abroad. Nang has also served as governor of Laghman and Farah provinces.

Wasiq wrote that Nang hailed the efforts of the Contact Commission on reaching to Afghan figures and called the series of invitations in the interest of Afghanistan and the caretaker government.
