KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Commerce and Industry Minister Nooruddin Azizi met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce and Investment of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov to discuss strengthening trade ties between the two countries.
The Afghan Ministry of Commerce and Industry in a series of tweets said the meeting between Azizi and Umurzakov discussed strengthening trade ties and providing transit facilities to Afghan traders.
The Acting Minister of Industry and Trade also met with Afghan businessmen based in Uzbekistan.
