JALALABD (Pajhwok): Rickshaws have been issued beyond the necessity plates in the past in eastern Nangarhar province, an official said.
Provincial Traffic Department Director Mola Jawad Sherzad in an exclusive chat with Pajhwok Afghan News said the past government has issued 19,000 number plates for rickshaws, more than needed in Nangarhar Province and it is now hard to control them.
He added: “right now we have a plan to create limits for the operations of rickshaws”.
He said some other drivers from Laghman, Toorkham, Kabul or Kunar stop their cars on roadsides to look for passengers who created more . . .
