Afghan boxer wins WBC medal in Germany

KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghan boxer SulaimanBehzad has won WBC medal by defeating three rivals, the General Directorate of Sports and Training said on Wednesday.

Behzad defeated his opponents from Italy, Germany and Kenya in 75 kilogram category, the Sport Directorate wrote on its social media handle.

WBC boxing competitions are being hosted by Germany and boxers from 13 nations are participating in the competitions.
