CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): The body of an unidentified man has been found in the capital of central Parwan province, police said on Wednesday.
In a statement, the police headquarters said the victim -- aged between 35 and 40 years -- was strangled to death with a scarf and his body dumped in fields in the 3rd police district of Charikar.
Police said tattoos were visible on the man’s right hand. The body has been taken to the main provincial hospital.
