PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Two children have been injured in a mortar shell blast in the Baraki Barak district of the southern Logar province, a local security officials said on Tuesday.
The incident happened on Monday afternoon in Baburiano, Ahamdullah Anas, police spokesperson told Pajhwok Afghan News.
The shell was left over from the past war and exploded while the children were playing with it.
One injured child in in critical condition, he added.
