KABUL (Pajhwok): Security forces came under attack on Wednesday from a house when they were conducting a clearance operation in Karti Sakhi area of Kabul, police said.
Kabul police spokesperson Khalid Zadran told Pajhwok Afghan News: “Security forces came under gunfire from a nearby house when they were about to launch clearance operations in KartiSakhi tower area of the third security district. The house has been surrounded by security forces”.
Zadran assured the residents there was nothing to worry about.
Local residents confirmed the gunfire but did have details about the incident.
