PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): Pakistan has delivered eight truckloads of food packages to Afghanistan as part of humanitarian assistance.
The fresh aid was handed over to the Afghan authorities at the Torkham crossing under Pak-Afghan Cooperation Forum’s arrangements on Saturday.
The food packages, including rice, cooking oil, beans and sugar, were sponsored/donated by the Khubaib Foundation.
According to the state-run APP news agency, Khubaib Foundation Relief Director Ashfaq Ahmed, Afghan and Pakistani officials were present on the occasion.
